This environmentally friendly, semi-detached holiday home, is set next to the stunning pool and chill-out area of our Finca. With private outdoor space and a contemporary styled interior, Eco Casita offers perfect self-catering accommodation, within the rural charm of the Eco Retreat, Finca de Arrieta. Ideal for a couple or small family.

The spacious living room and kitchen have been tastefully styled, with a double sofa bed for guests and free fast wifi. The bedroom area has a large double bed and is curtained from the living area and has an open plan style en-suite bathroom with W.C, walk-in stone shower and sink.

Eco Casita boasts a private walled terrace and garden complete with sun loungers and rustic swing seat, a perfect place to make the most of the sunny climate. Its outdoor space offers a shaded dining area next to its BBQ, where you can dine as you watch the sunset behind the volcanic landscape to reveal a star-filled sky.

You have gated access to the shared pool and chill-out area, the ideal rural hideaway. The eco-village is just 300 metres to Arrieta Beach and Restaurants so a perfect holiday destination.

Eco Casita

“The first reference to the Mongol use of yurts was in relation to Ögedey Khan (*****) at Qaraqorum. The Khan would often go into the mountains in the summer, they would erect for him a royal yurt to hold 1,000 people”.

The Eco Yurt Royale capacity falls short of 1,000 people, nonetheless, it is vast. It is the largest yurt on the Finca, a massive 83m2, it is finished to a very high standard with its own private walled terrace, garden and free fast wifi. So private, in fact, it warranted its own luxury outdoor bath, so we added one! Also a raised gazebo for wonderful outdoor living, the ultimate area for alfresco dining, meditation or children’s games. The Eco Yurt Royale provides superb sustainable accommodation for a large family. Often it is booked by couples who like a lot of private space, also production companies, for working actors and models, who have huge wardrobes and require luxury and privacy.

Inside this authentic Mongolian yurt, which measures 10m in diameter, special touches include plush fabrics, handpicked antique Mongolian and Balinese hardwood furniture. This spacious yurt has 3 internal bedrooms, which are divided by heavy curtains giving you more privacy. Two of the rooms have super king-size beds and the third room has two single beds. The yurt has starlight features on its floor and the traditional two-skin cover keeps the yurt draft-free and ensure a constant ambient temperature. Outside, the yurt benefits from a very private, tranquil setting, which makes it perfect for family use. Its 300 sq m plot includes a terrace and gravel garden, which is stonewalled and gated, with plenty of safe play space, and features a shaded daybed, bamboo-dining gazebos for al-fresco dining (parents of young children should be aware there are some steps at the entrance gate to the terrace). The spacious shower room oozes indulgence, with a walk-in shower, W.C, and feature a marble floor and sink. There is a large corner bath set outside, under the covered terrace. This yurt is unique as it features a large covered outdoor kitchen and lounge area, with a granite-topped breakfast bar, which is fully equipped for self-catering. The lounge has comfortable sofas and spectacular mountain views from where you can enjoy outdoor living with plenty of shade from the sun.

Its private outdoor area, complete with sun loungers, has fabulous mountain views towards the Temisa, Tabayesco valley. Stunning sea views are possible from the elevated bamboo-dining gazebo.

As much as all the private space is wonderful, life is a balance, so as you venture out from your exclusive yurt accommodation, you will be amazed at the beauty and tranquillity of the communal gardens, day beds pools and chill-out areas. Also the world of adventures that await the children.

Eco Yurt Royale

Our environmentally friendly Eco Cabin can comfortably sleep four guests (plus a double sofa bed and travel cot). Lovingly restored and refurbished to a very high standard using local materials wherever possible, this traditional Canarian stone building has been converted into a perfect family size holiday accommodation.

Our cosy cabin comprises 80m2 of interior floor space on one level. It features wonderful views of the ocean from the lounge and kitchen area its large patio doors ensure a  light and airy space with seating for four guests.

The Cabin accommodation comes complete with a fully fitted bespoke kitchen including a gas oven/grill, four-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space, which makes this property ideal for discerning self-catering holidays. The open plan living room has a double sofa bed, free fast wifi and large glass sliding patio doors to the shaded terrace area with views onto the private garden.

The lounge and kitchen lead to the naturally lit hallway where you can access both master bedrooms and the shower room. The first master bedroom with sea views, a super king-size 4 poster double bed and access out to the terrace is adjacent to the second bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together for couples) and also access to the terrace. The shower room services both bedrooms and include a walk-in double shower, stone washbasin and W.C.

Outside, set in a mature walled and gated garden, the cabin has a terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and a teak wood garden dining set. The cabin terrace boasts magnificent views overlooking its well-maintained gardens. A blissful way to enjoy your garden and surroundings is to chill out in one of the two hammocks that await you.  There is a further, shared, shower room and W.C, plus a covered kitchen and lounge at the nearby shared pool area with free WiFi access.

Inside this authentic Mongolian yurt, which measures 8m in diameter, special touches include plush fabrics, wood-style flooring and handpicked antique Mongolian hardwood furniture such as the super king-size bed. There is a covered outdoor kitchen, with a granite-topped breakfast bar, which is fully equipped for self-catering. An additional covered terrace area has teak furniture for six, for al-fresco dining in the sun or under the stars and there is an exotically planted gravelled area with barbecue and a daybed to relax.

The elevated position of the yurt suite means its private outdoor area – complete with sun loungers – has fabulous views over the whole eco-village down to the sea and the local fishing village of Arrieta. This authentic 5-meter Mongolian yurt is the perfect choice for a couple or family looking for a budget ‘glamping’ option. It offers a luxurious experience way beyond traditional camping. Our Eco Palm Yurt accommodation comes with real green credentials, also a very comfortable super-king size 180cm wide double bed. For a family up to 2 children’s travel costs or beds can be added.

The designer “Manrique” floor and the traditional two-skin covering keep the yurt draft-free and ensure a constant ambient temperature. A central skylight allows ventilation as well as romantic star-gazing. The yurt has electric plugs fitted, fast wifi and solar lighting.

This lovely Eco Surf Shack is located in the heart, of Finca De Arrieta´s Eco Village.

This environmentally friendly studio has been lovingly restored and refurbished to a very high standard.  Using local materials wherever possible, this traditional stone cottage has been converted into unique holiday accommodation with wooden floors and traditional stone walls, while design influences from Morocco and Indonesia have created a sumptuous and exotic ambience.

The 35m2 studio consists of a split-level, open-plan living room, bedroom area and separate fully fitted kitchen. The surf shack can comfortably sleep two adults, and up to two children in a travel cot and or z bed. Tastefully styled Balinese furniture, hardwood floors, local stone and surfboards have created a cosy surf feel.

Eco Chiquitita Yurts

Lovingly restored and refurbished to a very high standard using local materials wherever possible, this traditional Canarian Barn has been converted into a unique holiday accommodation with wood and marble flooring, and traditional stone walls.

Our cosy barn comprises  90m2 of interior floor space on one level with free fast wifi. It features wonderful mountain views of the unspoiled Haria landscape. The large lounge with patio door is light and airy with seating for six guests.

The Barn accommodation comes complete with a fully fitted bespoke kitchen including oven/grill, four-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space, which makes this property ideal for discerning self-catering holidays.

The open plan lounge and kitchen leads to a master bedroom with fantastic sea views, a king-size double bed, wooden floor and oriental bedroom furniture. The second bedroom with marble floor, set of bunk beds and window with sea view, is accessible via the master bedroom, or directly from the covered terrace. There is also a walk-in shower room with a wash basin and W.C (access from the lounge).

Eco Barn

Spacious 2 yurt bedrooms plus palm pod

This eco-friendly luxury twin unit consists of three adjacent accommodations. Firstly an authentic Mongolian 5-metre yurt with two single beds, a second 6-metre yurt with super king-size double bed and a neighbouring sustainable pod on a raised platform. The beach yurt unit is a great choice for four adults, a large family or 2 x families who are looking for a sustainable sunshine holiday along with free fast wifi.

Both yurts and the Pod are decorated with luxury fabrics and furnishings.  Both yurts have Manrique style flooring and tasteful Indonesian furniture. The palm pod can be combined as an indoor living area or summer month bedroom*, containing a double sofa bed with beautiful views towards the beach of Arrieta village. An additional single z-bed and/or cot can be added to any of the units for extra guests (Maximum capacity of 8 in total) The whole retreat of Finca De Arrieta is powered by wind and solar energy as well as a desalination machine for our running tap water.

Eco Beach Yurt

Our 45 sq meter, environmentally friendly wood and stone lodge is set among the beautiful gardens of Finca de Arrieta. Using local materials, the contemporary and spacious interior offers ideal self-catering accommodation including free fast wifi.

 

There are steps down to the private gated terrace and the patio door entrance leads into the open-plan living room and a fully fitted kitchen that comes complete with a granite-topped indoor/outdoor breakfast bar. The separate bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage, with an en-suite shower room and W.C. It comfortably sleeps two adults, plus children in a travel cot or in the double sofa-bed. Tastefully styled, the use of wood and local stone has created a warm and welcoming feel.

Our 40 sq metre, environmentally friendly luxury cottage studio is set amid the beautiful gardens of Finca De Arrieta. Sympathetically restored, the contemporary, spacious interior offers ideal self-catering accommodation, including free wifi.

The studio area consists of a split-level, open-plan living room, bedroom area and fully fitted kitchen. The cottage can comfortably sleep four adults, plus children. Tastefully styled, the use of wood and local stone has created a cosy cottage feel. The sleeping area has a super king-size bed and the double sofa bed in the lounge can sleep extra guests. There are a toilet, separate walk-in stone shower and freestanding marble sink.

For groups of 3 adults or a family larger than 4 guests, you have access to a second bedroom. This has an independent entrance which is just 6 metres from the main cottage. The cosy Buena Vista bedroom has a single bed/sofa which transformed into a double bed if needed, or a child bed can be added giving 2 singles. This cosy room gives hanging space and stunning views over the volcanic landscape.

The villa comprises 200m2 of interior floor space on one level and features a partly open-plan layout with spacious rooms that stay cool in the summer and cosy during winter. The large lounge and dining area, with its double patio doors, has hardwood floors, free fast wifi, seating for six, a Moroccan coffee table and decorative internal window, as well as an Indonesian daybed, which can sleep, extra guests.

There is a bespoke hardwood and granite fitted kitchen, including a breakfast bar with views to the terrace and well-maintained gardens beyond. The kitchen has an oven/grill, four-ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and plenty of cupboard space, making it ideal for discerning self-caterers.
