  All guests must sign a Rental Agreement upon arrival. The agreement may be sent electronically in advance by request. Provisions of the agreement are listed below.
  1. By visiting the property of Vida Sonada and / or agreeing to occupy one of our accommodations, including but not limited to, glamping sites, cabins, travel trailers or traditional campsites, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies. These Terms of Service apply to all Guests of the Vida Sonada property, including without limitation persons who are invitees of the Guests. By accessing or using any part of the Vida Sonada property, you agree to be bound by these terms and said terms shall be fully binding on all adult guests, children, and invitees of guests. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Vida Sonada property or use any Service.
  2. By reserving one of our accommodations, you certify that you understand that your stay at Vida Sonada is entirely at your risk, you agree to all risks, known or unknown, posed by utilizing the Vida Sonada property, and you agree to indemnify and hold Vida Sonada, its employees, executives, members and agents harmless for any and all claims, demands, suits or losses, including bodily injury or death, that arise out of the use of Vida Sonada's property, any accommodation on the property, or the actions of the guests or the guest’s invitees. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
  3. The Owner has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period.
  4. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
  5. The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean condition and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guests shall leave the premises in well maintained condition at the expiration of the rental agreement. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs, should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guests agree that the Owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. The Guests shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.
  6. Smoking or tobacco products are not permitted on the premises. Smoking in any structure will result in additional cleaning fees (to be invoiced directly to guest).
  7. Excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Any consumption of alcohol must be limited to the vacation accommodation specified in this agreement. Persons must be of legal drinking age. No open display of alcoholic beverages. Excessive drinking, rowdiness, loudness, vulgarity, or creating a disturbance will result in eviction from Vida Sonada without refund.
  8. Those other than the individuals included in the agreement set forth above may not stay overnight at the campsite. Any person invited onto the premises by the Guest is the sole responsibility of the Guest and must vacate the premises during the hours of 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Extra tents, campers, or other accommodations may not be used without prior approval.
  
  To complete the reservation, guests must be 21 years of age or older. The individual completing the reservation and paying for the reservation must be present for the stay. Reservations for individuals not physically staying at the site are not permitted. No unauthorized guests, parties - unless otherwise arranged - or loud music....quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
  
  Also there is NO HUNTING or fireworks on property.
  Please be respectful of other camping guests and their private campground areas.
