Tente prospecteur

Max. 4 people per unit

Accommodation description
Long before the arrival of Europeans, the Atikamekw nation lived in wooden dwellings, covered with birch bark and animal skins. Over time, this evolved and now tent canvas is used, due to its ease of transport. Even today, it is frequently used for hunting and fishing, but also for certain cultural activities.

Able to accommodate up to 4 people, our prospector tent invites you to travel in the past and relive the experience of the Atikamekw. It contains a 54 inch mattress, two 32 inch mattresses, a wood heater and a small propane stove.
