The surrounding area is ideal for long walks on the farm's 115 acres, which include 40 acres of natural bushland and stunning pinnacle rock formations to explore. Experience farm life while caring for farm animals, spotting a variety of birds, enjoying wonderful picnics, bushwalking, or napping under the shade of trees. We look forward to welcoming you to share in the special place we call home! IMPORTANT NOTE : There is another accommodation here that is being rented out so please expect that there will be other guests during your stay. Some areas are shared. The space This property is nestled in the quiet outskirts of Breakfast Creek, at the end of our tree-lined "Willow Walk Laneway," where you can rest and savor the clean scents of eucalyptus just as close to home. Aesthetically designed with picturesque modern rustic elegance, where vacationers can enjoy the unique charms of the suburb's slow backcountry lifestyle. The tiny house's amenities include a split system air con, a kitchenette where you can cook light meals, a portable electric cooker, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes & silverware, microwave, and even a mini fridge. For our bathroom facilities, we follow ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin and shower (gas heated for hot showers). In Australia's severe climatic challenge of bush fires and drought, we help to save the environment by conserving water using an eco-friendly toilet. Wastes are broken down in the compost toilet via an aerobic decomposition process. It is a waterless system (no need to flush!), whereas a standard dual flush toilet would use up to 350L of water per week. An aeration fan helps in the decomposition process and minimises odours. If you're using your own soap, shampoo, tooth paste, we ask that you bring biodegradable ones so that the grey water runoff does not harm the environment. Thank you! Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the main house, rear garden, and inside of sheds/garages. Please take note to inform your host if you plan to bring your pets at our property. – When dealing with other stock, animal handling safety considerations are addressed with each guest for their safety. Please be advised to follow these safety precautions. – Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass is a fire hazard that must be avoided in order to prevent bushfires. Please dispose of them properly to ensure there is no risk of starting a bushfire or littering.
