    About the place and area

Description of my place and location
Welcome to your treehouses in Ardèche,
These 10 huts can accommodate up to 3 people minimum and are located in the middle of the Mont d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, better known as the Ardèche Verte. The Labrousse cabins are nestled in the heart of the forest and really give you the opportunity to disconnect and fully recharge your batteries with nature.

A night closer to the summit in a cabin in the Ardèche
Come sleep in a treehouse in the heart of a natural park in the Ardèche and enjoy a magical experience close to the fauna and flora. A night you won't soon forget!

The place was created by Aline and Nicolas, who recently settled in Ardèche because of their remarkable natural resources. The couple wanted to build a unique place for a rural experience and were strongly involved in making the place eco-responsible.

Each of the cabins offers an exceptional experience with its own characteristics. They range from 4 meters above the ground to 10 meters high.

A stay in the heart of a forest in Ardèche implies coming equipped: It is therefore advisable for all campers to come with good hiking shoes and suitable clothing in order to be able to fully enjoy this experience in the heart of nature. To access the three cabins, each camper will receive a headlamp and a portable lamp to illuminate the cabin.

The huts are primitive with a touch of comfort, they are without electricity, having access to water and heating but with a rustic atmosphere. Don't forget to bring your own bedding and bath towels. Note that the three huts are equipped with dry toilets.

The 10 tree houses are divided into groups according to your preferences, from family cabins to adventure cabins:

Family cabins: Bear cabin, Castor cabin and Panda cabin. These cabins have more space for the whole family and are child-friendly.

Adventure huts: for adrenaline junkies! These are the highest huts that require climbing with PPE (personal protective equipment), harness and carabiner provided on site. These cabins are for 2 people and the minimum age is 16 years old.

Staircase adventure cabins: They are for little adventurers and but also for adults, they are more accessible than harness cabins. The Cabane Marmotte and the Cabane Hérisson fall into this category.

Single Stay Cabins: These cabins are found near the ground. There is the Cabane Pod and the Cabane Cerf.

Exclusive services at the Cabanes de Labrousse
Although located in a wilderness, these three cabins offer a remarkable experience during your stay. The 10 cabins all have access to a wellness area where you can relax. The spa has a jacuzzi with a view of the Ardéchoise valley. The hosts, Aline and Nicolas, felt it was necessary to provide a truly relaxing experience for their guests, due to the therapeutic effect it has on our well-being.

For anyone staying in one of these three cabins in the Ardèche, a healthy and fresh breakfast will be included. Breakfast is homemade with local products by the hosts Aline and Nicolas themselves and is served directly in each cabin in the morning. Dinner can also be reserved 48 hours in advance, and you will be served a well-prepared meal based on local produce.

Tree cabins in the Ardèche created with respect for the environment.
Eco-design was favored during the construction of this haven of peace in Ardèche. The spa was built by the owners themselves with local pines, while the jacuzzi was chosen from a French manufacturer.

All cabins are authentic in design, made of natural wood and built by local craftsmen.

Throughout the property, Aline and Nicolas have placed signs to inform you about the trees around you. You will also find marked paths in the forest to avoid adding unnecessary footprints beyond the marked paths.

Watch out for the Dokey Filou and the Myrtille mule who wander through the forest to serve you breakfast in the morning!
