Glamping at the fruit garden

Just outside Havnsø, with a kilometer to the town and the beaches, lies Skortskær Farm Holiday.

An inherited farm, which is undergoing renovation after many years of decay. Surrounding the farm are the most beautiful open fields, a small pond, and the many animals on the farm.

From the fields, you can see down to either Vesterlyng or Havnsøstrand and Vejrhøj. Here you can stay overnight and enjoy your holiday whether you want a romantic getaway or bring the whole family.

The tent is located out in the field, where you walk down through the pastures with all the animals; they can be heard rustling outside the enclosed area. A compost toilet has been set up, so you don't have to walk too far.

In addition to the various accommodation options, you can enjoy an outdoor spa, a self-service trust-based farm shop with local wine and beer, and an invitation to let your dreams live freely in the midst of Havnsø's beautiful nature. There are plenty of opportunities for lovely hikes in the heath area and along the beaches. And there is the possibility to cozy up at the campfire and look up at the Milky Way, not quite Dark Sky, but close. Additionally, this location is perfectly connected to the Ice Age Route and can therefore be advantageously used as a fantastic stop on the cycling trip.

Breakfast and coffee can be purchased directly from the host upon arrival. Dinner should preferably be ordered no later than the day before.

Note: We are a quiet place, so no boom boxes, please be considerate of other guests and therefore no noise after 10 PM. No smoking indoors, no shoes in tents or indoors.
