At the soft transition of the forest to the lake's open mirror lies Skovbrynet – a place where nature feels both grand and completely present. Here you can wake up to the golden light of the morning sun dancing across the water and enjoy the silence, only broken by the song of birds and the wind gently moving through the treetops. From the tent, you have a view of the lake, which creates a very special sense of calm and freedom.
The tent offers 28 m² of pure comfort in the midst of nature. Here you will find a large double bed, a cozy lounge, kitchenette, refrigerator, dining area, and a charming wood stove for the cooler evenings. The tent is insulated, so you can enjoy your stay year-round – whether it’s warm summer nights or frost-clear winter days. The atmosphere is like a small, exclusive hotel room, just with nature as the closest neighbor.
Skovbrynet is located in its own oasis with good distance to the other tents, which gives a rare feeling of privacy. Here there is shelter, sun, peace, and time to just be. You can retreat with a cup of coffee, lean back, and let nature unfold around you.
As a guest, you have access to shared facilities with compost toilets and outdoor showers, which are simply and beautifully integrated into the surroundings. By the lake, you will also find a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun or take a refreshing dip. Skovbrynet is glamping at its most idyllic and undisturbed.
By the lake, there is also a large terrace that can be used together with the other guests on the farm.
We also have a large sauna and outdoor hot tub, which can be used for a fee.
A couple of times a week, we also hold sauna events where we mix aromatherapy, warmth, enjoyment, meditation, and social interaction.

Hot tub is for 2 persons (1 tub) It is possible to book sauna and/or hot tub in connection with your glamping stay. You have the sauna/hot tub for 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you book both, you can book them consecutively. The price for sauna and/or hot tub is 400 DKK per item, and includes 2 persons. With so-called “private booking,” you can reserve the facilities at the following times. It is first come, first served regarding the times. Hot tub: 15.00 – 16.30 17.00 – 18.30 19.00 – 20.30 21.00 – 22.30 23.00 – 00.30 Sauna times: 16.30 – 18.00 18.30 – 20.00 20.30 – 22.00 Time reservation is made by sending us an email at info@schellerupgaard.dk with the desired time and the name of the booking – we will get back to you with a confirmation. Booking and time reservation must be made at least 2 days before arrival.

Completely overwhelming luxury and pampering. A fantastic host who was sweet and welcoming. He took care of all the practicalities of the outdoor hot tub and even brought freshly baked rolls in the morning at the time we had requested! The tent was REALLY nice and a LARGE double bed, charmingly decorated and everything just worked!.. I am already looking forward to coming back. And next time it has to be 2 nights.

Welcome to Schellerup Gård ❤️ Our little farm is currently run by myself (Benjamin), my wife (Charlotte), our two daughters (Sif and Lily), and not to forget our teddy dog Sander. Together we have created a small oasis in the midst of nature – born out of a passion and a dream we have carried with us for a long time. A dream of a place where the pace can slow down, the shoulders can drop, and where there is space to be human. Down to earth and authentic, as we believe it should be. Schellerup Gård is not just a place to stay for us. It is a place to breathe deeply again. An authentic, present, and personal getaway where nature, tranquility, and comfort go hand in hand. Here there is room for romantic getaways, calm trips with friends, or just a much-needed break from everyday life. Do you dream of waking up in the silence of nature, surrounded by open fields and fresh country air? Then you have landed in the right place. Here, the shoulders automatically drop. You step out of the tent to the sound of birds singing and soft horizons as the morning quietly unfolds. Every single detail is carefully selected to give you the feeling of luxury in the great outdoors – cozy, aesthetic, and with plenty of space to just be. As evening falls, you can enjoy the sunset over the landscape, light up the coziness, and feel the silence settle in. It is precisely those moments that we ourselves fell for – and which we wish to share with you. The farm has its own history. Schellerup Gård was originally built in 1910, consisting of a main building, a barn, and 12 hectares of agricultural land. In 1960, an additional wing was built, and the land was converted to forest areas. We took over the farm in the autumn of 2021 with a great desire: to make Schellerup Gård a fantastic place for ourselves, our children, our local community – and not least for you, our guests. We have many plans for the future, but we continue to run the farm in the same spirit and with deep respect for history. For us, Schellerup Gård is about farm idyll and magic.
