Reconnect with Nature in a paradise between Comporta and the Costa Vicentina. Sublim Ecolodge is the first glamping ecolodge on the Alentejo coast. Sublim Ecolodge was built in 2018 for the owners, Manuel da Silva and Hélène Dubon, both 57 years old. Manuel moved to France when he was just five years old and returned to the country about a decade ago with Hélène, with the aim of "living in harmony in the Alentejo". Both owners had never worked in tourism before building Sublim Ecolodge. The Sublim Ecolodge was born from "a simple idea", consisting of seven Saharan tents, similar to those found in the Saharan Desert in Morocco. The objective of this project was to create a paradise to share with lovers of nature and starry nights, around a dinner worthy of a chef. Sublim Ecolodge seeks to offer an experience in harmony with the 5 elements.

Sublim Ecolodge tents and glamping
The Sublim Ecolodge is made up of 7 Saharan tents, equipped for a luxury experience in the intimacy of pure Alentejo nature. Each tent has access to a very comfortable 45m2 private terrace. The glamping area has a roof top with a panoramic view, ideal for watching the sunset, a bar, a table tennis table, and an area where guests can train boxing, bodybuilding, and muay thai. The Sublim Ecolodge creates a space for nature lovers to let themselves be carried away by the refreshing view of nature in the Alentejo region.
Sublim Ecolodge spaces to relax
With a completely innovative concept in Portugal, the Sublim Ecolodge has a 24-metre pool made from two shipping containers. "We had a tight budget to build the glamping and the goal was to find a way to make a big pool without spending a lot of money. From this premise came the idea of containers - and people love it." Guests can enjoy the view from the 24-metre pool with an artificial white sand beach. By the pool, there are three sun loungers where guests can relax and soak up the sun.

All guests have access to the bar and restaurant. At Sublim Ecolodge, the Chef buys fresh and organic products daily for meals. With a vision centered on respect for organic products, Sublim Ecolodge hopes to provide guests with a meal they are sure to love.
