Welcome to the root cabin! An invitation to recharge your batteries just a stone's throw from our vegetable garden. We are used to seeing only a part of the plants, and yet, it is an incredibly rich universe that unfolds under our feet. The root is the underground organ of a plant, which has multiple vital functions. The root makes it possible to anchor the plant to the ground, to draw nutrients, to accumulate reserves, to communicate between species or to create a symbiosis with fungi and bacteria.
