Small cabin/caravan for rent in a scenic spot by a small river. 
Nice alternative for those who want to be in the middle of nature but warm by 4 walls. Fire pit with 2 chairs, table and hammock outside, nice for evening coziness. Sofa bed for 2 people. 2 duvets and pillows in cabin. There is no electricity or heating options and the walls are uninsulated.
Own toilet right outside the caravan. (biological). On the other side of the stream/river,
there is a simple outdoor kitchen with cooking facilities and biological toilet in the camping area itself.
We can be helpful in borrowing a cooler bag from us with cooling elements for a longer stay.
It is also possible to rent a hot tub and a barrel sauna for a pleasant spa experience. Washing facilities in the sauna. 
Real spa feeling. Combine it with a dip in the river that is right next door.. just wonderful.
-Hot tub costs 500 NOK/ 3 hours or by arrangement. Refreshing and good. The price includes filling with water, starting the heating and cleaning. Takes about 1.5 hours to heat up the stove.
Sauna costs 200 NOK. / 2 hours including 1 sack of wood and cleaning. (sauna has a water tank you can heat water with and then wash yourself the old way as they did in the old days inside the sauna). Sauna takes about 45 min. to get warm.
Also try taking a dip in the river in between. 
Parking: high car 15 meters, low car about 30-40 meters. (1 minute walk) 
We also have a rowboat that you can borrow for free in the nearest lake Lognvatn, where there are also fishing opportunities (about 6-7 km. from the camp). Fishing permits must be purchased from Inatur. Mountain climbing is also possible in Sletafjellet which is a popular mountain for climbers and is right in the vicinity of the camp. We also have tent pitches, floating tents/ wooden tents and hammocks for rent in the area. It is about 25 minutes to Evje with a larger center with several shops, go car, rafting, mineral park and climbing forest. It is about 15 minutes to Bortelid. There are mountain hiking opportunities, mini golf, canoe rental etc. It is about 22 minutes to Åseral center with shop, Minne cultural center and Oppas hus. Many nice fishing lakes in the area and beautiful nature

Remember that in summer there are mosquitoes and gnats in the nature nearby areas!
tip. Bring a metal bucket and burn pine cones on the campfire site. Remember to put it out.
-Also, bring some warm clothes. 
The nights can be cold even in summer.
Ps: It is not possible to make a bridge over the river, unfortunately it is not possible to have stones on the river when the water increases so the current moves the stones. and besides, we want to have it like that. This is in nature ❤️
NOTE: After 24.8. the hot tub and barrel sauna will be moved out of the camp for the winter. It is still possible to rent them but then you have to buy it in our farm nearby. The hot tub and steamer will be moved back to the camp from May 2022.
It is possible to rent this cabin also in winter, if you are one of those who likes to sleep in the cold without heat.

The guest brings his own bed linen and towels.
