Nature Stay for Adults

If you dream of getting more into nature, learning about it, and being with other adults, then a Nature Stay is just for you. This stay is tailored for adults and older children aged 15 and above.

When you book a nature stay at Skovsgaard, you get a complete package:

- A tipi tent furnished with beds, mattresses, bedding, and coziness - designed for 4 people
- Access to a common room with regular ovens, refrigerator, dishes, and all basic kitchen equipment, shared with other guests
- Access to the entire Skovsgaard area with wild horses & cattle, exhibitions, nature workshops, hiking trails, etc.
- A daily program with activities

- Breakfast from Café Skovsgaard

As a guest at our nature stay, you will have the optimal framework for a holiday that allows for Nature Education, peace, and immersion. You decide how much you want to participate - but we recommend that you join the daily excursions. We have both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. In our outdoor kitchen, there are fire pits, pizza ovens, and a kitchen wagon - and we recommend cooking in the company of other guests.

Every weekend and holiday, we have activities every day.

During all weekends in the summer holidays, we have an exciting program:

Friday:
3 PM: Welcome to the area and introduction to the place.
4 PM - 7 PM: Foraging trip and cooking over the fire with help from a Nature Guide.

Saturday:
8:30 AM - 10 AM: Breakfast at Café Skovsgaard
1 PM - 3 PM: Guided biodiversity tour to Vildgræsningen with a nature guide.
The evening is free on your own.

Sunday:
8:30 AM - 10 AM: Breakfast at Café Skovsgaard
11 AM: Check out.

You are welcome to explore on your own throughout the day, and in the evening, it is just you and the other guests who are in the area.

We would also like to point out that members of the Danish Society for Nature Conservation receive a 10% discount on all stays.
