At Bakkegaarden's glamping you get a unique glamping experience by our own private lake. Here you can enjoy the evenings by the fire and the starry sky, and wake up to birdsong and the lake view. You can experience nature and wildlife up close, while you relax and enjoy each other's company. The lake is private, and access is only for you and our guests, so you will experience a very special tranquility and nature experiences with a large area just for you.

Breakfast brunch and a box of firewood are included in the stay.

You will stay at Camp Rådyret, which is the camp where you get the most for yourself. Here there is a view of fields on one side and the lake on the other. You have your own small outdoor kitchen by the tent. This place is for those of you who don't mind walking a few minutes further on nature trails, in order to get a completely unique place for yourself, perfect for those of you who want to have a romantic getaway or friend(inside) trip in nature with peace and quiet.

The tent is furnished with a double bed (140x200), table and seating as well as various furnishings with everything you need, such as crockery, extra blankets etc. Right down by the lake there is a small pavilion with campfire equipment, firewood, cooler box and campfire, which you have all to yourself. Here you can make a fire, enjoy the view and nature.

The tent is made of a material that ensures that the indoor climate is always pleasant without being too hot or humid.

You have access to a toilet and another outdoor kitchen with water, where you will find several things to prepare food over a fire or gas burner. It is possible to bathe outdoors with a "camp shower", where the sun has heated the water.

For a fee, you can fish in the lake, where there are perch and trout, or take a cool dip.

Solar cells have been set up, which illuminate the tent, toilet and outdoor kitchen, as well as LED battery lamps.

When you arrive, you park on the farm. Here you will be given a trailer on which you can transport your luggage. It's about. 450 m up to the camp, and on the walk up there, you get into gear and experience the nature and the area that opens up for you. From here you have to walk a few extra minutes on the nature trail around the lake to your camp. It is located approx. 150 meters from the other tents.

In the morning, you collect your breakfast, and if you want, you can boil water for campfire coffee/tea yourself. The breakfast consists, among other things, of home-baked buns with delicacies from our own vegetable garden and local products.

We have three glamping tents by the lake and a small holiday apartment on the farm.

The area is known for its beautiful areas, hiking and cycling routes and churches. We are centrally located on Zealand, and there are approx. 1 hour to Copenhagen, Odense and Malmö. Approx. 15 minutes' drive from here you will find Denmark's largest outlet town, as well as exciting culture and history.

Along the roads you can experience horses, cows, rolling fields and small road stalls where you can buy local delicacies.
