Pleasant older cabin in Bortelid. Short distance to established cross-country ski trails and Bortelid Alpine Center. Cabin has a total of 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. 1 bedroom with 150 wide and 200 cm. long bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 75x 200 cm. Kitchen has most kitchen equipment you need for a holiday stay. Living room with flat screen with satellite TV, wood stove and dining table. Exit to terrace. At the front of the cabin there is a barrel sauna, here it is lovely to sit after a long mountain hike and let your shoulders sink and the heat come to you. Good for stiff back and body, relaxing experience.
The sauna has a hot water tank that heats water when the sauna stove is heated with wood so it is possible to wash yourself in the sauna the old, good way. Mix cold and hot water and pour water over you. Cabin has electricity but does not have water. Water is collected free of charge from the water tap with large water cans at the cabin. Biological compost toilet.
Parking for 1 car right in front of the cabin, in addition there are 2 more parking spaces in a common parking lot about 1 km. away. It is about 2 km. To Bortelid center, shop, ski center and paved ski slopes.
It is also possible to use a 12 foot rowing boat located at Lognavatn about 10 kilometers from the cabin. You can also fish there.
-It is not allowed to charge electric cars from the cabin. use a charging station nearby.

☆Bring bedding, towels, toilet paper and firewood. The cabin is rented to families and 1-2 quiet, adult couples over 23 years of age. No parties. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.
